We can deliver within 8 working days from receipt of your order and payment (except in the event of force majeure). Remember that delivery times may be longer around Christmas.
How are Bloc Cellier units packaged ?
Bloc Cellier units are packaged on wooden, wrapped pallets. Accessories: Bottle stands and wrought-iron doors are packaged separately in cardboard boxes.
How are Bloc Cellier units delivered ?
Our products are delivered by national carriers. Bloc Cellier units are delivered on wooden pallets by trucks equipped with a tailgate lift.
The delivery trucks are at least 10 m long. You are responsible for making sure that the delivery truck has access to your house (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale) and should delivery prove impossible, you will be liable for extra delivery and storage charges.
Can deliveries take place on a given date ?
Our customer sales staff will always try to find ways of meeting your delivery requirements. We can arrange to deliver on the date agreed with our sales department, but cannot guarantee a precise time.
Will I get prior warning from the carrier ?
The carrier will tell you when they expect to deliver the goods. It is therefore essential that you give us a phone number (landline or mobile) when ordering.
Can I leave my storage units outside ?
Bloc Cellier units are made of reconstituted stone: they are rot-resistant and will not be damaged by rain or damp. You can therefore leave your storage units outside until you are ready to install them. You will, however, need to remove the wrapping to check the state of your order.
Can the carrier deliver my order directly to my cellar ?
The rules require carriers to leave the pallet in front of the entrance to your home. They are not allowed to deliver the goods to a cellar or to an upstairs apartment. If you require a special delivery: Bloc Cellier units delivered to an apartment or cellar, etc., please contact our sales department for a quote.
What should I write on the delivery note if the goods have been damaged ?
Any damage noticed on receipt of the goods must be described precisely on the delivery note handed to you by the driver. Writing “OK subject to unpacking” has no legal standing. You must confirm any damage by registered letter to the carrier, within 48 hours of delivery and forward a copy of the letter to us.
My house is in a dead end: will I be able to get the goods delivered ?

If you live in a street which is not accessible for vehicles of over 10 m in length, please notify our sales department so we can send you a quote for delivery with a specially adapted vehicle.
