Order processing

We need your personal details and data to process your orders and for customer relations purposes. The data may also be stored as supporting documentation under our legal and regulatory obligations (proof of payment, warranties, dispute resolution, etc.)

Any data related to your orders are processed contractually, according to the IDÉES DESIGN customer account terms and conditions, throughout the sales relationship period, then stored as required by law for proof, warranty or dispute resolution purposes.
